Colleen, in real life I teach economics, and have taught a course over the years in decision theory. The course has benefited from experiences and case studies in literature and anecdotes from others. Many years ago, I organized a panel discussion with people i knew in Monterey where I grew up, that included Hank Ketchum (cartoonist) and Francis Palms (architect) and others in pretty diverse disciplines. The theme was describing “how to think” using wildly different backgrounds, skills and stories as the template. Unique in virtually every way, the thread that emerged painted a picture of individuals allowing themselves to think out of the box. You inverted my “problem” and allowed another solution to be considered, and that in turn introduced modifications that arguably have improved the entire project. In economics we call this a pareto optimal solution, i.e. win win with no losers. Thank you for helping me remember and utilize my own roots. Michal

Our painter did a wonderful job spraying the stain and sealer and our carpenter did an amazing job getting them installed. Thank you for the calendar. The shutters are beautiful. Every year we go to Nantucket for three nights; I wait all year for it. I always love to walk through town and admire the buildings and how beautiful the shutters look. I was immediately attracted to the hardware as well. I knew nothing about shutters... how they are hung...what hardware to choose (I never heard of hardware for shutters!) ...what slats to choose...etc. I researched a long time until I came upon Shuttercraft. I tell you this to explain why I am so loyal. :-) I was walked through every choice and was given time, courtesy, and friendly correspondence. I love the way my house looks and I count the days until my trip to the ferry each summer every time I water a shrub! It is just the look I was aiming for. Delivery complete! All is well! Temperature was 7 and windchill minus 10 when we unloaded in the snow...but that's all part of the fun! Your shutters are beautiful! I have inventoried everything. No issues. No damage in shipping. Packaging was excellent. Per your guidance all are unpacked, standing, off floor and separated with spacers.
